problems with smart pricing and time of year

I'm a hostess from the south of Brazil. I realized, in the smart price, that months that are not high season have a minimum value in the smart price, much higher than the high season (December, January and February).
This makes it difficult to use this tool.

Smart Pricing is a tool that you can't be assured will work perfectly.

 

Although your post confuses me as to what exactly is going wrong with your Smart Pricing

I will exemplify:
December is summer, my house is on the beach, so December is high season.
March is the beginning of autumn, it should be the beginning of the low season, however when I put in smart prices, March appears with a value higher than December.

@Jaci132 The smart pricing algorithm is a well kept secret but it seems to discount a stay as the dates get nearer. This could explain why December is cheaper than March.
