profile photo missing

Hi

I cant see the photo of a future guest in his profile . He says he has one picture and my parameter is set to "profile photo mandatory" = No (knowing that "If YES,  you wil not able to see the photo before accepting the booking")

Then, either the guest is a liar or I made a mistake with this parameter

Whats else ?

You can not see a guest photo before the reservation is confirmed.

@Emiel1  is correct.  So your setting means that you will accept bookings from profiles without a photo.
