"How can an investigation be fully done by Airbnb without speaking to the host?"
I just watched this video today. So I learned how Airbnb defines "Investigation".
The judge asked "How can an investigation be fully done by Airbnb without speaking to the host?"
If you ONLY have 10 minutes free, watch the judge rip AirBNB steadily starting at 23:30

Thanks for posting, @Chloé36 - always a treat to see these clips again! Top work in court (and out of it!) from Jeanette, Baltimore Superhost and star of the vids, who played an absolute blinder ever step of the way. One gutsy lady. These were definitely the Top Airbnb Videos of 2019!
Below are the other two videos in the Jeanette Trilogy. All three clips should be mandatory viewing for every new host signing up to Airbnb (and indeed, every existing host also) Might teach everyone a thing or two early on about standing up for themselves, and about not allowing Airbnb to get away with treating them like doormats. Just because Airbnb says something is so, doesn't necessarily mean that it has to be so.

Thanks for sharing. I will watch these two later. Now I learned a lesson. I am researching alternative platforms right now. Fortunately, I have a regular job and there are other options to replace Airbnb.

Thank you for sharing this. I'll be seeking legal help for sure. Their customer service are the worst I've ever seen. they're super disrespectful and don't show any effort to resolve any issue. Im a 4.8 star, full of good reviews and someone couldn't find my apartment so they just reported and asked for a refunded. the other day I woke up and I saw my account was suspended. One day after that, banned.
