This is always a sore point.
Unfortunately there is no way at all of "fixing it" airbnb won't be remotely interested as they will say that it is a reflection of the guests experience.
You may be thinking of a strategy that airbnb recently introduced where, if a guest leaves 5 stars in all categories and then goes to leave a lower number for the overall rating, they receive a prompt asking them if they are sure that's what they meant - but that's it.
