saved messages disappeared from mobile app

Dear community, I use mobile app iOS 13.3 on my phone and I no longer have a chance to respond with a saved messages. The icon disappeared from my mobile app - I only see 2 icons - takings a picture or choosing one.

It still works perfectly in my mozzila on PC.

Does anybody know what to do? I'm often responding via mobile app and I'd like to solve it ASAP.

I am having the same issue as you do. 

This is what I have from their support team:

"Hi Razvan,

i have been in contact with the IT departement and they have told me that the will investigate into this issue you are having with the check -in messages.

For the time being I would recommend that you message each guest close to their check in date with the information manually.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this and will work hard to resolve this for you.

at the moment I would recommend that you do re type to messages that you have on your computer screen to your mobile app and send manually. The glitch has been reported to the IT department, and they are working hard to resolve this issue for you.

It is now just a matter of time before it will be solved for you."
