I offered a special offer to a guest. He can see it but when he goes to book, it comes up as the original price.

 

Why? How will AirBnB fix this?

I'm sorry to hear about that situation. Were you able to sort things out?

 

In case the guest is still having issues, I recommend they contact the support team so they can look into this.
