in the last week i have had 4 guest requests for more than 28 days. i have auto approve. and when the guest is approved their approved fee is $275 for the month stay!!! has any one else had this happen. i get no satisfaction from airbnb. i would appreciate any help. my daily rate is $140 with a 40%discount for monthly stays. I am frustrated an upset.

i personally would never use Instant Book voor long term stays.

The (wrong) pricing can have been set in different ways:

- Monthly discount

- Promotions

- fixed price set for specific months

- Manually in the calender

- rule sets

or a combination of these.

But seems more to be a glitch,  also with $ 275,- a month the price per night is probably below Airbnb minimum price.

i simulated a booking for 28 nights (in december) on your listing, it calculates normal. providing me with 40% monthly discount.
