@Kelly149,

It appears that the entire thread has been removed, including links to posts within a contributor's profile.  I cannot find where I posted the Mexican Post link.

Don't just believe what I say, check the Airbnb Help Center

@Debra300  They're sure good at scrubbing the crime scene, huh? Funny the things the company can be quick and efficient at.

@Kelly149  Ah. Well, that's hardly surprising, is it? How dare we notice, or mention in public, even on host circle, that the head of hosting and the so-called host representatives are MIA.

I wondered how long that would last.

im sorry ma’am but that review represents the poster’s feelings and actual experience so we could not possibly remove it, trust and something are very important here

@Kelly149 it was removed because we have not had the bias training yet. Which we clearly need.

@Laura2592  I will now publicly admit to a bias against people who make promises that never come to fruition. Like company execs who shall not be named because we aren't allowed to.

How weird. Perhaps we should ask @Stephanie where the thread has gone. Although this does, of course, risk this thread disappearing as well .

Random thought that's totally extraneous to the topic at hand: if you're really listening to hosts, you know that be thing that's on our minds a lot is reviews - more specifically, how we deal with and respond to critical public feedback.

Those who are seasoned pros in hospitality will show their true mettle by keeping a thick skin, taking on board even the unflattering feedback, engaging with it constructively, and responding with intelligence and grace. On the other hand, those who haven't yet found their feet, or who aren't quite cut out for the job, can't think past simply wanting to make it disappear completely.

Hi all,

Yes, we noticed something had triggered the spam filter - we've gone ahead and returned the thread to it's home in Host Circle board - or you can click here: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Host-Circle/Meet-the-boss/td-p/1542807

Thanks for the tag @Mike-And-Jane0 !

Thanks
