Hello, airbnb persists in telling me that the photo I take (with my computer, recommended), does not correspond to my ID, and therefore I cannot make a reservation. How can I solve this problem? I tried to send a message that hasn't been answered for 3 days, and I tried to call twice, after 15 minutes with no one on the line I hung up... so I'm trying through the community hoping to find a solution. I've been using airbnb for years, first time I have a problem! Thank you for your help!
