website keeps going blank

Every time I try to contact a host, the page acts like its loading but then just goes blank.  This is very frustrating.

@Fr-John0  You can try using a different browser, or if you are using the phone app, try the desktop version, or vice versa.

If that still doesn't work, you'd have contact customer service to see if they can determine the problem.
