what is the timeline to solve a ticket case?

My superhost  account was suspended with no notice from airbnb due to  a complete fake guest report when I had to attend to the house site s several times in response to building security concern.  i called their customer service line for help with only " escalation request and wait" answer. 

 

3 days later, a specialist reached out to me via email, I replied with all the pictures, guest communications , no reply. and then I reached out via twitter. 

 

ONe Airbnb specialist called me from portugal  , I provided her with all the proof , details , she  sounds very understanding but no authority to solve my account restriction issues.

 

This is supposed to be very simple investigation, the guest checked out "successfully" with no damage but with many trashed. I left a fair review on her account but with some friendness though.

 

Airbnb seems to be the only public business where you could not solve a simple issue  and you can not find any management support immediately available. 

 

It is truly my bad hosting experience, but i am really concerned about airbnb service promises such as Host damage warranty if things happen in the future. You don't really get any virtual team support.   

 

Anyone has the same airbnb experience. If you ask front line to transfer your call to any supervisor or concerning team, they could not or refused to do.  It is so weird business practice.
