why my computer will now not go past the first page IE when I go onto the second page to answer the booking & look at the calendar etc it just keeps on loading and never stops

I am a host in Bath UK since 2019.  About three months ago something changed.  I receive a booking, press "Accept" to go onto the next page to answer/send message etc,  I cannot get onto the page which shows  "calendar"  "bookings" etc it just goes onto "Loading" and never stops loading. I now have to rely on my Daughter with her App to do the messaging & accept the bookings etc.

I have attempted to send email/telephone one of your staff to sort out this problem however there has never bee a reply. it seems that it is almost impossible to talk to someone in Airbnb unless it come under one of your specific headings, and his problem sadly does not.

It seems to me a local issue with your computer and/or browser.

Which browser are you using (and is it up-to-date ?)

Can you provide a screenshot of the failing page ?
