I am a host in Bath UK since 2019. About three months ago something changed. I receive a booking, press "Accept" to go onto the next page to answer/send message etc, I cannot get onto the page which shows "calendar" "bookings" etc it just goes onto "Loading" and never stops loading. I now have to rely on my Daughter with her App to do the messaging & accept the bookings etc.
I have attempted to send email/telephone one of your staff to sort out this problem however there has never bee a reply. it seems that it is almost impossible to talk to someone in Airbnb unless it come under one of your specific headings, and his problem sadly does not.
