Switching from co-host to host (and listing admin)

Last year I posted the listing I manage on behalf of my mum who did not have an account nor did she know how to use airbnb. I made her a co-host and taught her everything I know. I would like her to be a host (and listing admin) now since she is actually the owner of the property, takes the payment and pays taxes. Can I switch the listing so that we do not lose all reviews and rating?

How does one change a listing to switch a co-host and host?

Although this is an old string...I also would like to know how to accomplish switching the roles of host and co-host.  Much like Olga, my daughter created our listing and managed things for a year while she taught me how to do things myself on the site.  I am now confident I can do everything, but we have not been able to switch our roles as host and co-host.  Any information would be appreciated.  Thank you!
