I made a booking on Limehouse3 Alsoors. The system accepted the booking and confirmed. I contacted the owner for details.
He informed me:
Dear Mr Szabo,
**[Personal information removed in line with - Community Center Guidelines]
THe booking was made for July 10-12, 2020. The refusal happened today.
As the owner said, contact the customer service. They will be able to give you full refund and help you find another place to stay.
I see 26 reviews for you as a guest so I imagine you are very well experienced in dealing with Air BNB. You are certainly a valued guest, however, customer service seems to be pretty poor lately, especially if you are not able to call the contact given to you on your confirmation.
While you might have to sort this out after the fact, please ensure the communication you have is on the Air BNB system to prove your case.
