A recent guest has regrettably burned the carpet in a nice shape of an iron. Why oh why someone would put a scolding hot piece of metal on a carpet is beyond me but here we are.
The carpet will need replaced and as the burn is in the hallway this will also include the stairs.
I looked into air cover and it’s asking me to request payment. Obviously I would need to source quotes for carpet replacement and it’s going to take time I can’t just pluck a number out of thin air. I also believe this should be covered by air cover and not me making a request to the guest for payment.
Can anyone provide advice in relation to this from their own experience with air cover as to how it works?
