We have 3 Airbnb’s, 1 in Colorado, 1 in Las Vegas and a beach house south America - Airbnb team in South America (Peru) do not pay still. When we complaint they told my Mother that there is nothing they can do – They mentioned the guest Credit card had an issue and still pending. It already past a month. We will try to contact the VP or a higher rank in the company to send a letter. They need to know what is going on in that country. Also, when we try to reach out a manager, the lady on the hone tell us there is no manager and we don’t have to connect you to anyone else. So rude.
