Airbnb Refund

I recently had a guest that booked a day at my place.  He did not follow the rules and trashed my house with over $5,000 worth of damages.  They had invited over 40 people to my home which had other guest staying.  There was illegal drugs, guns, and strippers at the house doing a film.   I contacted Airbnb and they assured me that I would get the reimbursement but when I sent the list of damages, they automatically denied any reimbursement and closed my case.  I recently contacted them again and they said they would get a specialist to reach out to me and yet again I was very disappointed because no one has reached out to me.
