Airbnb Support keeps ghosting. What are my rights?
This is my second booking where Airbnb support would promise to "call back in 15 minutes" and ghost me for hours until I chase them. I had major issues with my stays and requested Air Cover. One of which the unit is violating local laws by having their smoke and carbon monoxide alarms removed (along with other worse issues that affected my stay). Can I start a class action lawsuit? What can I request lawyers to do?
