My app permanently has 3 next to it but there are no messages etc, if I delete the app and re-instate it will my old messages and information disappear?
No, those shouldn't disappear, @Sarah4382 , because you will be signing in with your username and password. Your account will be the same; it is just the app you are refreshing.
How old is your phone? Apparently that does make a difference to how well the app works.
