I am just down the road on Kindaruma Place, black gate. Been hosting here last 10 years. A 3 bedroom family home with a garden.

Nice to meet you here. Are you a new host? 

Fun fact; When I started then, we were just a handful Hosts. We are now over 1000 of us in the area!

Consequence:

Business is now tough and slumped. Rather congested and with an oversupply. Kilimani and especially Kindaruma road has seen the mushrooming of so many skyscraper Building Apartments. The one across us just completed, Kindaruma Homes, has over 700 apartments. 60% already purchased 😢.

This is how it is. Rather gloomy. Yet, we remain optimistic and must adapt, remain relevant. Re- Strategize our Business models to Survive. 

Airbnb may wish to consider Advertising as it did many years back, as a boost.
