Use the Airbnb messaging feature to send “clean and guest-ready” photos, or upload a short video walkthrough showing the condition of each area on the day of arrival. Whenever possible, include visible timestamps or mention the date and time in your message. This provides solid proof that the unit was clean and in good condition at turnover.
