Booking system

I have hosted it in my home since 2017. I set out the criteria for guests who wish to share my home in House Rules and information. I like to approve every potential guest given they will be in my home, which is very diffrent from booking a hotel!

"Check-in 2 pm – 8 pm, Gov ID, vaccine proof, profile photos & Airbnb references required. This is the information I provided which is ignored! Click on my photo, & see a little about myself; please provide similar information."

However, potential guests are not reading the information this year, and I am getting numerous inquiries for guests that don't fit the criteria.

If  I turn down three guests in a row on Airbnb, they threaten to delist me, which is unfair.

How can I ensure guests read the information before sending a request?
Why this year are guests not reading the information provided?

Any ideas on how I can manage this situation
Cheers Fiona

"proflle photo mandatory" can be set in the listing.

Check-in times are not pre-booking requirements

You can ask guest to verify ID if it is not in the profile.

Vaccine proof is not an official requirement on a porfile.

Inquiries: declining is not an obligation, just answer the question within the time limit

Booking requests: Ask guest to retract the booking request (instead of declning) if they do not match your requirements.
