Boston MA - looking for help with MA tax code confirmation in order to host short term rental

Boston, MA

Does anyone have experience with the MassTaxConnect site and how to obtain the confirmation code that Airbnb requires us to provide for short term rentals? I have registered, requested (per the instructions provided by Airbnb), but did not receive a code that is accepted by Airbnb. It is possible that I am overlooking a detail, however I have spoken with Airbnb support three times and they are not able to help outside of sending me the link to register and request the code.

Any guidance from the community would be great!
