Bullying by a host

Hello, 

What can we do about a host harassing us through threatening posts on airbnb messages as well as on my workplace. Airbnb's support has been limited, they have not been stopping this person from messaging us. This host has also used false accounts to post on my workplace and my sibling's workplace. I wish to take this case to legal authorities but I need to know how much more airbnb can support.

You can report a host or a listing, or even a message by using the "report option".

When reporing a message, you can can also choose to block the host from further communication with you.

Not clear to me if you  have an active reservation with this host.
