Can't See Overall Rating

I'm unable to see my overall rating. I use professional hosting tools (which is severely underdeveloped, sidenote). It doesn't matter what dates I put in or how I tweak it, I always get a dash through it:

Anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it?

@Jordan568  You Overall rating (4.88) is clearly visible on your profile under your listing photo.

@Sarah977 Obviously. How is that at all helpful? I ~clearly~ don't want to navigate away from my hosting dashboard, where it's supposed to be, to find it.

It must be a glitch. None of the overall ratings are populating within the Performance section.
