Can't access earnings statement or 1099 (Get error code 500/503)

Hello,

On Sunday, I received an email that my 2020 earnings statement was ready. However, I can not access it. When I try, I get either a 503 or a 500 error.

Over the past week, I have called, I have emailed, and I have tweeted support. No one seems to be able to help me.

I want to file my taxes this week, but cannot do it without this info.

Any ideas on how I can get this fixed?

This has been happening to me for the last two years. It is still not fixed so I don't anticipate it will be fixed before tax day.

You need to message Airbnb customer service and ask them to send you a screenshot of your 2020 Earnings Summary. Keep asking the question until you get a rep who understands and will simply send you the picture (hopefully it will be on your first try.)

@Cooper-and-Greg0  @Jordan568 Try going to your Transaction History, under Performance, Earnings.. then enter Jan, 2020 - Dec 2020 in the menu, then click on Earnings Summary tab. It just worked for me. Took about 45 seconds. Good luck!
