Can't message customer

Air B&B sent me a booking however I cannot message the customer ?

@Roger776 What do you mean by ‘cannot message’? What happens when you attempt to? Is there any sort of error message or anything from Airbnb? What is the status of the booking? Is it confirmed and on your reservation list?
