Cancallation policy due to Corona Virus

Dear Airbnb Support Team, 

I am Dionisis Argyreas the owner of Some properties in Milos island in Greece and as you know a lot of our Guests want to Cancel 

due to Coronavirus and as is already scheduled from the Greek government with the articles 70 and 71 the voucher / Credit for the next years 2021, 

we recommend the 50% of the total amount that we will receive, if not unexpectedly something changed, based on our cancellation policy, to be used by our customer for a future booking for 2021, if they do not wish or cannot travel this year in 2020.

We would like to ask you if there is any information about a change in our cancellation policies for the coming months of May, June, and July due to the emergency of the Corona Virus?

Also, we wondered as this year is our first time that we receive cancellations when as A property we receive the 50% of the amount of the reservations?

Ιs it true that we receive the amount of our cancellation policy two days (48 hours) after the scheduled arrival date?
