Cancel reservation

Hi

I need urgent feedback. I reserve the appartment for next 6 months from private person yesterday . Update was not done so now i received message that someone booked the same aportment and mske some payment.

How to make money back and cancel reservation

@Biljana44 Did you book via Airbnb? If so then the host should cancel for you or you may (depending on timing) lose out.

If you booked outside the platform then I guess you are on your own.
