Canceling upcoming reservations due to Covid19

Canceling upcoming reservations due to Covid19

I recieved the email saying all reservations through the end of the year may be canceled penalty free of the reservation was booked before March 14.  When I go to cancel them,  the penalty warning still comes up.  Do I need to go through customer service to cancel them?

@Melanie189  I would go through customer service to be on the safe side.
