It’s been a little while since our last update, but we’re back and it’s time to welcome our newest Superhosts! Huge congratulations to all of you. It’s great to have you here in the Community Centre.

We know hosting can have its highs and lows, and no one has all the answers. That’s why this community space exists; to ask questions, swap ideas, and find a bit of support when you need it. No question is too small.

You’ll also find plenty of friendly faces from all over the world. Our Community Centre runs in several languages; English, Spanish, German and more. Just tap the globe icon at the top of the page to explore what’s out there.

Thank you for the celebration and recognition!

We're almost a year into hosting at our property in Oregon - a little cabin and cottage retreat along the McKenzie River. We opened the Cottage up right before the slow season (winter) and just added the Cabin - so I think we've yet to hit our stride in occupancy. But as someone with a background in Hospitality, this badge was an immediate goal, and I'm hoping it'll help with getting more traction at our newer listing.

Dear Rebecca , 

I hope my voice will be heard as it’s been one year of complete silence from the airbnb super host help center ! 

Last year in september an indian employee from airbnb put us a bad review ( all false but that another issue ) !

As the review was false it got removed by Airbnb US !

We think with my husband that she is very powerful here in India because she got my review removed and her review re instated ! 

BUT here start the nightmare… we have had less than 10 bookings since that incident last year in September ! Our listings are mostly shadow banned, means it’s not showing on the map! 

We are superhost for 9 years and we have been dedicated to airbnb! ( no other platforms )

We loved having all these people home and now it’s empty for almost one year and due to ONE BAD REVIEW , we can’t do it anymore ! 

I have spent 100 hours on the phone with airbnb support and everyone seems to ignore us ! 

we live in Jaipur which is super touristic place from september to april and we got 10 bookings only since september 2024 and even during Covid  we had more booking ! 

I am very very disappointed that Airbnb is punishing us for one bad review and all our efforts,love and money is just gone wasted  due to this girl ! 

I SEEK FOR HELP i would like to understand why is Airbnb treating us Superhost for 9 years with over. 420 reviews in such bad way ? 

Is this the policy of Airbnb to shadow ban their superhost for 1 bad review in 9 years ???

I am really thinking of leaving this platforms as i feel betrayed and abandoned by Airbnb and we have received 0 support from no one !! 

That was my feedback and i won’t stop to share my experience until i get a real answer to our situation! it’s completely unfair and do no justice to us !

Very very sad after all this years to be treated as such …..😳🥺

I'm so thrilled to be recognized as a Superhost!

I genuinely love hosting and getting to know new guests—and I'm especially happy to welcome back those who choose to stay with us again. I feel like I'm part of a wonderful, big community. It's so much fun meeting people and learning about different cultures from all over the world.

Our area is truly magical, with fantastic wineries and a great location that's close to both the center of the country and the south. We want everyone who stays with us to feel like part of our family, and we always do our best to make our guests happy and accommodate their requests.

Yes, I love sharing a bit of Ghanaian culture with my guests, from enjoying local dishes like jollof rice and kelewele, to exploring beautiful spots like Labadi Beach, Independence Square, and Makola Market.

I also recommend visiting the Arts Centre for crafts and souvenirs.
