Change booking

I have a guest who wants to change her booking date. Is she allowed to do this? Will it affect my super host status?

Hi @Lyssa239 

Yes, she can. She needs to log in the app / account, go to MY TRIPS -> choose your booking->change or cancel->change.

You will receive a pop up to accept the change.

It will not affect your superhost status.
