Co Host to a Host Account Locked Out

Hi

 

Myself and my sister have set up a new listing on Air B n B. It was due to go live today. For some reason, my sister's account has been locked out for 'security reasons'. I can still view / edit the listing, but I cannot launch it to go live.

 

Is there any way for Air B n B to contact my sister urgently to resolve please? It is very confusing!

@Luke506  This is just a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not Airbnb customer service. No one here has access to your account- you need to contact customer service directly for assistance. 

 

And a host can't "launch" a listing to go live- when it gets posted in search is up to Airbnb- it is usually about 24 hours. But in fact your listing is blocked- it doesn't even show up on your profile page, which  it should, even before it goes live. So something is wrong.
