You can at least get a feel for what people are looking for, and perhaps find some one-off gigs that can open doors. If you have qualifications in property management, you can also try sending your CV to a larger management company.
Generally, though, when owners choose to designate a co-host, their first choice is someone they already know and trust. If that's not an option, the second choice is going to be someone who already has Airbnb hosting experience, with a visible listing and reviews. Failing that, most hosts are more inclined to outsource specific tasks like cleaning than hire a stranger for all-around services. If postings on here are any indication, the supply of people looking for co-hosting gigs vastly outweighs the demand.
