I’ve only been hosting a few yrs 

2 in Maine 1 miami 

The area people choose kinda reflects their interest and vibe 

maine I get more people into nature and a quite vacation 

Miami Ofcourse it’s beach and nite life 

I’m a older women that can’t and not wanting those ways 

But totally understand their interests and guide them to find them for them .. 

I think be friendly but not too friendly be informative .. Some times I ask right from the get go what is it they want on this vacation .. always just texting short and sweet

I know it’s sounds crazy 

But the old saying the customer is always right 

you just have to relax and solve the issue making both sides Happy
