Contract outside AirBNB

I have a guest that wants to stay for 9 months on my AirBNB in Madeira. He is asking for a contract by email in order to show it to something called IBC since the AirBNB contract doesn’t seem to be sufficient. I don’t know if this is OK. I am afraid is some kind of scam. Could someone help me?

Yes, those are usual scams, he will then try to send money outside the platform, you will have no security.

I would tell them that all information about the listing is on airbnb, you should enough pictures to show the place.
