This is absolutely appalling. After nearly a decade as an Airbnb host, I am now forced to explore alternative options.

The current state of affairs in the United States, fueled by the influence of Trump and Musk, is nothing short of horrifying. As a Canadian, I stand in solidarity with my fellow citizens who endure daily insults and threats to our sovereignty from the newly installed fascist regime next door. This is an affront to everything we stand for.

Shame on  Airbnb, but especially you, Joe Gebbia.

This Minnesota native loves our Northern neighbors! I am also an Airbnb host now 10 seasons. I am so embarrassed of what this administration has said about Canada and other countries. Many of us are in the resistance here in the states. I have sent a letter to Chesky and I hope he hears from many others who feel the same. I don’t want to leave Airbnb but I will if Chesky doesn’t get rid of Gebbia. I am waiting to hear if he is going talk to hosts and guest about the matter.

I wonder if there is some sort of class action we can all file. customers are boycotting Airbnb based on the actions of the board. which clearly effect us, the we are not the ones who have changed. So if the board is causing us financial harm, can we sue for damages?
