Discounted Payments
Hello folks, newbie here. I have a problem negotiating the complexity of the cancellation options. I am confused why my payments are so low and I think it is to do with whatever cancellation/refund option I have chosen. e.g. I have a £70 pn room booked for two nights and my payment is only going to be £118. i do not want my listings to offer a 10% discount based on the current cancellation/refund option. How do I cancel the 10% discount and what cancellation policy option should I be using to accomplish this?

You have 2 listings. they both have the "flexible" cancellation policy attached.
(They "10% discount for non -refundable option" has not been set).
1 listing offers a weekly discount of 20%, the other offers a 20% discount for stays of 5 days and longer
You are on the "host-only fee" structure, which means the Airbnb fees are charged on you.
You can change discounts in the pricing section.

How do I change the "host-only fee" setting?

@Ian30048 You can't change from host only fee. Just up your prices by about 16%, change to strict cancellation policy and it will all be ok,
