Any guest can be a problem, not just young ones. Have a good process in place to vet them all, and processes to keep an eye on things and prevent/deal with any problems, once they are in your place.

@Maureen425  A guest must be at least 18 to open an Airbnb account. And if you get requests from people that young, you should be very vigilant about vetting them- find out what their intentions are in booking, make sure they have booked for the correct number of guests, make sure they understand that no parties are allowed and what your house rules are, and that the account holder will be held responsible for the behavior of all the guests on the booking.
