Early check out refund due to covid 19

Hi all! 

I’m a Uk host and my guest checked out on 22nd of March due to covid 19. This was day 22 of a 33night booking. Is my guest due any refunds? Help appreciated!!

I don't think so. Once a guest checks in the EC policy does not apply.
