I have someone working for me and I want them to access my hosting account on airbnb. Is there a way to set this up without giving her my log in details? Ie, create an employee login.

You can invite them directly to cohosting without giving them the logins. . Simply go to the listings and select the listing you want them to cohost. 

Tap cohost and tap invite a friend. Then enter their email and send invite and ask them to accept it.

You need to set up an Airbnb at Work account for employees bookings - not use your personal account @Scott1627 

or if you're looking for someone to help as co-host send them an invite to add as a co-host
