We recently left Evolve to manage our property locally on Airbnb. When we were with Evolve, we would only get 2-3 night stays. Not much longer for over a year that we were with them. Now that we are managing ourselves, we seem to have been getting only 5-7 day rental requests. Not sure if Covid factors in but wondering if Evolve was marketing our property to push just very short term stays. The month would mostly fill up but only with 2-3 days stays. This would happen months out so I don't think it was an availability issue. Anybody else have this or a similar experience with Evolve?
