Excited to start hosting in Monterrey ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ

Hi everyone! Iโ€™m Frida from Nuevo Leรณn, Mexico ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฝ. Iโ€™m new to Airbnb hosting and I have a loft-style home in Barrio Antiguo, Monterrey. It includes a kitchen, living room, and a terrace, and it can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Iโ€™d love to get any tips or advice on how to improve my guestsโ€™ experience. Thank you!โ€

Hello @Frida119, thank you for posting in the Airbnb Community Center.

I added the link to your listing so itโ€™s easier for other hosts to share suggestions. I hope thatโ€™s okay with you.

Iโ€™m also sharing the link to the Spanish Community Center, where there are many Mexican hosts who Iโ€™m sure would be happy to share local tips. Feel free to post there as well if youโ€™d like.

Regards,

Hi Frida ๐Ÿ‘‹
Welcome to hosting โ€” Barrio Antiguo is already a strong start, great location and vibe.
From my experience, the biggest improvements usually come from clarity and flow, not just design.
Make sure guests instantly understand: how to enter, where to park, and how the space โ€œworksโ€ (WiFi, AC, hot water) without needing to ask.
Also, for a loft that hosts up to 5 guests, small things like storage clarity and lighting at night make a big difference in comfort.
You donโ€™t need to overbuild the experience โ€” just remove friction points before they appear.
Wishing you smooth first stays and great early reviews ๐Ÿ˜Š
