Welcome to hosting — Barrio Antiguo is already a strong start, great location and vibe.
From my experience, the biggest improvements usually come from clarity and flow, not just design.
Make sure guests instantly understand: how to enter, where to park, and how the space “works” (WiFi, AC, hot water) without needing to ask.
Also, for a loft that hosts up to 5 guests, small things like storage clarity and lighting at night make a big difference in comfort.
You don’t need to overbuild the experience — just remove friction points before they appear.
