Expanding Airbnb Co-Hosting Worldwide – Looking to Connect and Learn

I hope you are all doing well!

I wanted to open a discussion about co-hosting opportunities worldwide, especially focusing on India where co-hosting is still a relatively new concept. As many of us know, Airbnb has created incredible opportunities for hosts and guests to connect globally, and co-hosting allows us to support property owners while delivering memorable experiences to guests.

I am currently expanding my work as a Superhost and am looking to collaborate with other hosts, property owners, and community members. My plan is to support hosts by managing listings, optimizing guest experiences, and sharing hosting responsibilities in accordance with Airbnb’s standards.

I would love to hear from fellow community members:

What advice would you give to someone starting co-hosting in new regions, especially where the model is not yet very common?

Are there best practices you recommend for managing multiple listings across different cities or countries?

How did you build trust with property owners when you first started co-hosting?

If you know of any general resources or success stories about co-hosting models, I would appreciate you sharing them.

I’ve started setting things up to become a co-host and I’m currently working with another experienced host to learn the process step by step. It’s been a great learning experience so far, and I’m excited to keep growing.

So far, I’ve been learning a lot about how powerful the co-hosting model can be when it's done with clear communication, trust, and the right systems in place. What I find most inspiring is how co-hosting allows people to grow together—hosts, co-hosts, and guests—while creating win-win partnerships across different locations.

I’m especially enjoying the community support, shared experiences, and creative ideas everyone brings to the table. It truly feels like a collaborative space where we can all learn and thrive.
