Extra night

I rent out Villas in Florida and 1 for my guests has asked to stay an extra night which is lovely. 
Is there away I can sent my guest a invoice for the cost of one night without having to go into my listing  setting to change 2 night minimum stay to 1 and take off the cleaning fee. 

As this would then also become available to other potential guests at that time.
