Fake Superhost

Hello! We are in Mexico near Tzucacab, at KaabNa Luum accomodation we had reservation via Ceci who says herself as superhost, but we arrived and the owner of the place says they not working together more than two months! I payed for the room in November, and this "Superhost" even wrote us yesterday asking what time we will arrive. The owner says she lives in Australia, now

shedidn't response. What can I do now?
