Feedback: guest suggestions

Hi, I checked my reviews today,  I was aware of only 2 guest suggestions, but all of a sudden there are now 7 (of which 5 states cleanliness!)  I went through all my reviews, but cannot find the guests complaining about cleanliness!  How do i find these reviews linked to the guest suggestions?

Go to your email. When you get the notice that the reviews have been published it shows the reviews and the sugestions there.

Thank you, i found the review.  Guest gave compliment "sparkling clean", then complained about cleanliness.  Looks like she was confused 😞

I think there is a misunderstanding here.

Over 21 reviews 14 ticked the 'sparkling clean' box and you have 5 stars for cleanliness. 

I'm not sure I see what the problem is.
