Lately, I’ve been trying to find that sweet spot between getting things done and staying creative. Some days it feels easy to focus, other days it’s a struggle to keep ideas flowing. How do you all stay motivated and inspired when your routine starts feeling repetitive? Would love to hear what works for you — whether it’s breaks, hobbies, or switching up your environment.
Great question @Syed230 !
Hi @Syed230
Oh, that totally sounds like my daily struggle too! I often get that same feeling when I’m working on my artworks some days inspiration just doesn’t flow easily. Hosting, on the other hand, feels a bit more straightforward for me: keep the property spotless, make sure guests are comfortable, and respond to their needs. My routine usually starts with a 6AM run to clear my head and set the tone for the day. After that, I dive into my creative work and spend time replying to inquiries or managing my listings. It’s a nice balance between structure and creativity, though some days it definitely takes extra effort to stay in the zone!
Love these tips @Patricia2526 ! A good walk or run definitely sets a positive tone for the day 🏃♀️
Out of curiosity, do you have any recent art piece or art project you’re really excited about?😍
Hi @Bhumika
Currently working on this artwork I got inspired by my nearby neighbor’s beautiful garden. The mix of colors, textures, and how the light hits the leaves really caught my eye.
I love the colors @Patricia2526 ! I wish I had the talent to bring colors to life through painting like you 😝 ! Although I’m not an artist myself, I really enjoy adding color to drawings that are already outlined. Here’s one of the pieces I colored as a gift for my husband on our anniversary. I still need to improve 😉
Do you often paint nature or are there any other themes that attract you?
