Finding a local caretaker

Hello;

I have a listing in the Eastern Townships in Quebec and am applying for a short term rental permit from the municipality. I live in a distant city and the municipality requires that I have a local caretaker. Does anyone know of resources in or immediately adjacent to Bolton-Ouest/Knowlton?
