Flat Fee Payout Split for Cohost Cleaner

How do I setup a cleaner as a cohost and pay her with a split payout method as a flat amount not % based.  This feature needs to be added!!  The % split is creating a nightmare for me with an owner I am hosting for.

I agree!! WE need a flat dollar amount as an option in routing payouts! Please please!

Me too! I desperately want this feature. Otherwise, the split payout feature is not really an option for those of us who co-host multiple homes and need a 3-way split that takes the cleaning fee off the top and then the percentage splits can happen! This would save me up to 20 hrs per month during our busy season! PLEASE!

I am looking for the same thing. I manage 20 properties. Do you recommend a software program that can pay cleaners and split payments? Airbnb should have this available as third payer - pay cleaning fee.
